Reception gown- Need store recs

Hi,

I need to find a store that sells evening gowns- possibly a boutique. I have exhausted the Neimans, Saks, Norstroms, Cache, Tootsies, Norstrom Rack, Off 5th... Budget is <$1000.  I am trying to avoid bridal stores because I do not want to buy something that remotely resembles a bridal dress. Also, need to make sure that the boutique has stuff in my size (8-10). I've noticed that some boutiques have sizes 0-6.

This sounds a little crazy, but have you tried Old Town Spring? I was there yesterday and every so often I would see white/ivory dresses in them.
