catering help!!

I am trying to find cheap mexican/tex-mex food to cater for my rehersal dinner. I'm having the rehersal dinner at a hall and need to cater food for about 75 people.
Does anyone know any cheap mexican/tex-mex resturants?
Most of the place I found is charing almost $10/person. I'm trying to cater vegetarian mexican food, so it's a little harder to find too. Does anyone know any places that cater/tray instead of per/person?

    Not sure how much Lupe Tortilla is, but I would look into them if you haven't already.

    $10 is pretty cheap - not sure you will find anything for much less than that.  Good luck!

    We use Berry Hill for my company luncheons simetimes. Sorry i'm not sure of the cost. Laos look into , Ninfas,Marco's and Demer's.

    Another tex-mex place that has great pricing on their fajita buffet is Gringo's.  They have several locations throughout town.
