This may be a dumb question but....are you having your immediate family (those sitting in the front row with the MOB/MOG) just take their seats as they arrive for the ceremony or are they being escorted in right before your processional after all other guests have taken their seats?
ALSO,
Is your FI already standing up at the front with the officiant when your guest begin to arrive??
