Florals by Alisa is also good and they deliver to southern RI. They came in a few hundred dollars less than every other quote I received and have been great to work with so far.

I have yet to hear back from Florals by Alisa but they are known to be  budget friendly.

The women who own Flowers by Alisa (Allie and Lisa) were on vacation since 9/14 and just got back to the office in the last day or two, so I think they're catching up on emails. They've been tremendously responsive thus far - probably the quickest to return emails of all of my vendors.
