Venue: Roger Williams Park Casino.... A : Heather from the Casino was great to work with - she always answered my emails quickly - and day of she was onsite for the entire night as well as gave us white cushions for the chivilari chairs for free! She even let me and an army of family and friends come to the casino the day before to decorate! AMAZING!
Ceremony: St Johns in Attleboro.....A : Fr. Wilson was SO NICE and made it so personal for us....the whole rehearsal and day of was amazing!
Caterer: Blackstone...A+++ : Where do I start? I had Karen as my even coordinator - and even though she was due to have a baby 3 days later she was at my reception and just totally awesome to work with. The service was IMPECABLE...we only had passed hor'derves and I was nervouse people wouldnt get many - but there were TONS of rounds of apps and everything was just as delish as it was during our tasting. The meal was AMAZING - hot, and so good! So impressed with them....HIRE THEM!
Cake: Pastryland Gourmet.......B : I dealt with the owner and the case was good - but there was a bit of a mix-up with delivery - everything ended up being fine just a bit stressful last minute!
Makeup/Hair: Kristin Greene......A+ for makeup/B for hair : I hired her after seeing so many great reviews... She is amazing at make-up and her prices are great..During my trial I didnt LOVE my hair - and we switched the entire style day of - it looked OK - but was probably the only thing i wasnt totally elated with day of..
Band: FREE DOWNLOADS......A++++++....best money spent - Oh my god they were my favorite vendor! They totally exceeded my expectations and the price was Great! George was a pleasure to work with. Everyone danced from 8PM - 11PM and we people were screaming to "play one more song" at the end - they of course did an Encore for us...totally the best...
Photographer: Valerie Kitchin.......A : I havent seen the pictures yet - but she was so nice to work with! She has only been doing her own weddings for a year or so (worked as an assistant before) but for the price she was SO GOOD....Ill update this once i see the shots!
Bridal & bridesmaid Dress: Ana's......B: Nothing went wrong - but they do not go out of their way to call you, etc. so you need to be on top of your appointments...if you are it will be fine...alterations were just OK.
Groom's wear: Mens Warehouse......B+: They were great - everything ontime - but most had to reorder a different size in something - but again everything arrived in time.
Transportation: Viking Trolley.....A- : They were early and took us everywhere we wanted to go...no issues and would recommend.
My day was spectacular and I feel SO BLESSED to be married...but I am really happy wiht all my vendors
