Beach Homes

Does anyone know of any event friendly beach homes anywhere along the SC coast, preferably HHI?

I've contacted a few realtors and it seems that most homes don't allow weddings. I'm beginning to give up TIA

There are a bunch of beach homes in the Myrtle Beach area that allow weddings. I was married at the Pharr House which is great because it is set up for events (i.e. outdoor electric, ice maker, walk in refrigerator). Thanks! That house is really nice. Unfortunately, the only requirement we have is that the house has a pool. I've found a few event homes but it seems none of them have pool, it sucks.

Check out these houses (some in garden city, north myrtle, myrtle). They were available for weddings back when I was looking in 2009. The first one even mentions weddings in their description.

Resort Quest in HHI has houses that are available for rent for a wedding.
