Catering in Pigeon Forge area - recommendations?

Our budget is modest, to say the least, but some family is helping out with the food budget.... so we are looking for a casual caterer for about 75 people. We were considering BBQ, but I'm not sure I want THAT casual (although the price is right!).Many thanks!!Gretchen in Nashvilleps. We are getting married on the grounds of a huge luxury cabin in Pigeon Forge overlooking the mountains. BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm soooooooo excited! Our date is 10.10.10! :)

    HEY! My reception is at a cabin resort banquet center and we have around 90 people and we're using Sonny's bbq out of Knoxville, Karla is the caterer and she's great!!! Its affordable and they're very professional

    Check out Calhoun's, it is a restaurant in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You probably have one in Nashville too.  They have bbq as well- but I wouldnt consider them casual!
