Nashville/Franklin venues for 300+ guests

Currently searching for a reception venue for 300-400 guests for June 2012. Our ceremony will be in downtown Nashville, and we're looking to either stay in downtown or head down 65 to Brentwood/Franklin for the reception. A place where we can choose our caterer would be ideal. A lot of places are already booked, so any reasonable suggestions would be appreciated!

Honestly, with that many guests and only about 8 months left it could be tight, but here are some ideas (don't know if they'll be booked though).
Union Station Hotel (that's where my reception will be!)
    Noah Liff Opera Center
    Millennium House Hotel
    Hilton Garden Inn/ Vanderbilt
    University Club Vanderbilt
    Pargh Auditorium
    Belle Meade Plantation

I went to a wedding/reception at War Memorial, it was great and in the heart of downtown Nashville. Other suggestions would be:
    Carnton Plantation
    Cedarwood
    Riverwood Mansion
    Cheekwood
    Belmont Mansion
    Inn at Walking Horse Farm
    Tinney Contemporary Gallery
Union Station Hotel (is super nice- great choice FLsweetpea)

Just FYI... unless you're affiliated with Vandy, the University Club will be hard to get.  If you want something that swanky, definitely try the Loews Hotel right around the corner.  Also, the Marriot is in that area, too.  If you like animals, you may want to try the zoo...I mean, it's different, for sure.

The Frist Center would be wonderful if you're into culture, and go for the Country Music Hall of Fame, too if you're into that genre of music.

    Good luck!!!

The Factory at Franklin maybe? Or The Mill at Lebanon?
