I just moved to Knoxville, and I need to find a good place to get my hair cut and colored. Any ideas? It seems that the Panache Salon got good reviews and has reasonable prices. Thoughts?

    Hi! I haven't been in Knoxville long, but I have been going to Salon Azure on Kingston Pike over in the Bearden area. I really like it and the prices are pretty comparable. I've not heard of Panache, so I can't give you an accurate review either way on them. GL!
