I have already selected my cake and put down a deposit. But I have to rave about the awesome cake I just had at a wedding that I attended. I was a guest of the groom - so not sure I got the bakers name correct....  but HAD to ask who did the cake - besides being great looking, it was super good. I believe her name is Jeana - website is Humble Pie Desserts. Groom told me her price was best they found for those who don't want to spend a ton on the cake.

Thank you for sharing! We are a month out and just found out that our cake vendor (Lucy's) is no longer in business. While they said they would honor our contract, the cake would be made in San Antonio and driven up so they've offered us the option to return our deposit if we prefer. It could be fine but it makes us both a bit nervous so I will definitely check them out!
