Where did everyone buy their toasting flutes, cake knife and server, and unity candle? I have looked at the knot shop and Things Rememembed, but just getting more ideas so I have more to choose from. Thanks!

I got a nice cake knife and server at Crate and Barrel. I got it on sale around this time of year, a year ago.

Hobby Lobby has some basic accesories. Might want to look there.
