Officiant Help Please

If you did not use your church pastor/preist/etc who did you use?

We are Christian but do not really have a church home. We have contacted one possible officiant through our venue but are looking for more options.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Best of luck to you and yours!

We had Rev. Kim Session. She was beyond fantastic with the ceremony. We didn't get to meet in person until our rehearsal as we couldn't get into town to se her. She is prompt with email and phone calls, very nice and was a pleasure to work with. She had most everyone in tears with the ceremony. People thought we wrote it but we only approved what she had given us in an email.

  • I highly recommend Chaplain Larry Todd.  He is marrying us, and we met with him recently.  He is great!  He will make the ceremony however you like it.  His ceremonies are not really religious, but they can be?  He does do prayer and his words are very kind and uplifting.  He is a joy to be around and we could not have picked someone better.

  • We haven't decided yet, but we're looking into Judge Jon Wisser. If you google "Austin Wedding Judge" he will come up. He's married tons of people and helps you write your own ceremony. For us, a Lutheran and a Jew who are just trying to get through this without getting ourselves written out of our grandparents' wills, it's a good option! Good luck.
