where did you take your engagment picture at? the one in the water?

The fountain is in Bulter Park right next to the Palmer Event Center on Barton Springs Rd.  I'm not sure if the water stops in the winter, but I'm assuming that you could look it up on Austin Parks and Recreation website. HTH
