I am about to book our wedding at Austin 71, but before I do, I wanted to see if I could get some advice on caterers. Austin 71 makes you choose between Kurant Events, Word of Mouth, and Four Seasons. I'm thinking I probably won't choose Four Seasons as it will probably be more "hotelish" food. Does anyone have experience with Kurant Events or Word of Mouth...or Austin 71 for that matter?
