Tulsa wedding venues

I was wondering if anyone knew of a modern looking venue in Tulsa for ceremony and reception? My first choice, The Mayo, just fell through (I'm not even going to go into it because my eye will start twitching lol) I know the Mayo isn’t really modern by definition but it was more our style. the mansions around here are very beautiful don’t get me wrong but all of the dark wood and small mazes of rooms are just not our style. I am looking for something that has more natural light and a more open feel. I wish I could have my ceremony outside but it being in November i think that is really risky as far as bad weather. Our reception is going to be just a cocktail party so we wanted more of a city feel to the venue. Tulsa Historical Society is ok but its not exactly what I was looking for. I thought of the jazz hall of fame but they have been impossible to get ahold of and the email address on the website is apparently wrong because I keep getting a message failed to deliver reply....there goes my eye twitch again ahhh! any suggestions?

Thank you so much! I had never heard of this place! It looks very open with lots of light! Congratulations to you best of luck on your special day!
  • The Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa has a great room on the 18th floor of the hotel.  Panoramic views on 3 sides from tall windows. Lots of light, and can be set up with cocktail-type seating.  They've been great to work with too.
  • I am getting married at the jazz hall of fame next weekend, I have the main guys number Private message me if you want his name and number!!!!
  • The Philbrook Museum looks very pretty.
  • have you checked out Tarp Chapel in Broken Arrow?  the chapel is absolutely gorgeous, and it's pretty much windows from bottom to top-so it's the closest thing to being outside without having to risk rough weather.  the reception would be in a separate building but is only a few steps away from the chapel, and is also mostly windows. it isn't huge though, so if you have a large guest list it may not be for you.

Do you mind saying what they're charging you? I can't find that info anywhere, and I want to know if it would even be worth looking into. Thanks!
