    3)  What are your wedding colors? Jcrew clover green BM dresses.  Maybe deep purple and fushia for accent colors....we aren't doing much decorating so i'm not sure it matters too much

    4)  What's the overall theme for your wedding?  I never know how to answer this....I suppose our theme is getting married....

    August 14, 2010!!

    Red, Silver, and Black

    4)  What's the overall theme for your wedding?
    We don't really have a theme but we are looking to do a traditional wedding with some modern/fun elements.

    No clue yet, but leaning towards oranges and/or aquas...getting married in Mexico
    Really it will depend on dresses my MOH likes when we get to go shopping in October, so we'll see!

    Destination wedding...very low key...all I care is that we come back married!  :)

    Espresso as the base color, then a dark red, dark orange, and dark yellow (basically, the colors on a fall tree)

    4)  What's the overall theme for your wedding?
    The words we keep using to describe our wedding are: classy, elegant, sophisticated, but not snobby or stuffy and still low key.  If that makes sense.

    lmf:  are you going to do the men in brown?  I've considered chocolate brown as an accent color, but can't decide if that means the guys couldn't wear black...I'm not good with this fashiony stuff.

    The groomsmen will be wearing a black tux with a chocolate brown/espresso vest.  The vests are not quite as dark as the girl's dresses, but it has a pattern on it with bits of that deep brown color.

    I'm HORRIBLE with this fashion stuff.  My fiance has to go clothes shopping with me b/c I have no idea what goes together and what doesn't.  He is part Italian, so he has a sense for fashion.  One of us in the relationship has too!

    I was worried about he brown/black combo b/c I knew it was a pet peeve of his, but after looking at some pictures he said it looked good as long as he didn't have to wear it.

    I say if you like it, go for it.  If you google black tux with brown vest you will be able to see what it looks like.

    Thanks lmf!  I just saw this, because I CAN NOT find a way to make the knot show thread with most recent posts first.  Drives me crazy.

    It's handy that your FI has fashion sense.  Mine still doesn't get why he can't wear cargo pants to the wedding.

    I just wanted to apologize to anyone who hasn't been added. 

    I'm the Mod, but had to sign up for a new screen name and now my old one doesn't work at all, so I can't update any of the locked posts.
