Vow renewal for someone else

Hey guys. My cousin and her husband would like to do a vow renewal. Time and money are the essence.

She's okay with doing outside but afraid tent and floor rental are too expensive. I've never touched that area of planning and would need input from anyone.

They're only doing like 50 people.

    I would look into the Moorestown Community Center, Gibson House in Evesham Twp, or the Cooper River Boathouse.  They would all be able to accomodate a small crowd and have a back up indoor option.  The Gibson House has a huge porch on the back of it that is covered, so that could be a good option rain or shine.  I also believe you can bring your own caterer into Gibson House, the other two need to have one of the recommended caterers used.
