Catering Help!!!

I am trying to plan a simple outdoor wedding for about 20 people and I need a caterer that will come to me and prepare special dishes that I am requesting. Does anyone know of someone in the South Jersey area that they can recommend? Or am I being completely delusional that this will actually exist? Thanks for any help that you can give me!

    Summit Catering in West Berlin, NJ is awesome. They are doing my wedding of 250 but also do private parties, small gatherings etc. and they are very flexible and will work with you. Dory Valerino is great to work with, very professional, organized and super nice. http://www.summitcatering.com/

    If you like Italian... we just booked Due Amici in Cinnaminson.  Kevin has been great so far.
