School bus shuttle?

So our wedding is in the fall and my fiance is a teacher... we were thinking of instead of a traditional shuttle, maybe getting a school bus to shuttle guests to and from the reception... Has anyone done this? Is it more or less expensive than a normal shuttle package?

    I used Hillman's Bus Company for my November 2009 wedding.  I'm not sure how it was in comparison to any other shuttle service but it was $225, I think.  We had a ton of out of town guests and used it to transport them from the hotel to the reception and back.  It was some of the best money spent!!

    I also used Hillmans and they were great. $250 for 2 trips from Hotel to Reception (about 3 miles) and then back again at the end of the night. we had a TON of people stay at the hotel and hang at the bar afterwards it was great!

    Just for comparison sake, we are paying $550 for a non-school bus type shuttle so $225 sounds pretty good!
