My fiance is a private in the Canadian Military my question is who from his work should we be inviting to the wedding?

Different militaries have different etiquette. 

The typical US Military etiquette is to invite his direct superior, the CO, and the XO (Commanding officer and Executive Officer ie, the two head honchos of his specific unit, squadron, etc) . Other than that, it's whomever you WANT to invite. 

For example, we wanted to have a good reasoning behind who we chose to invite to avoid as many hurt feelings as possible, so we decided to invite the people that we have hung out with outside of squadron functions, people that would know MY name (not just his). It made it easier to explain to those few upset people why we chose who we chose.
