Hi! I'm a bride-to-bride in Las Cruces, NM. I noticed there is practically nothing for this area or even El Paso, TX. I realize that options are rather limited, but there are a few out there.My wedding is going to be at a lovely place in Sunland Park, NM called Ardovino's Desert Crossing. It is a fabulous restaurant with a private hall and patio at the border of Texas, New Mexico, and Mexico. This establishment was originally a ranch and has a western, but art deco feel. The food has a unique taste and is unlike any typical restaurant or carterer.
http://www.ardovinos.com/In El Paso, TX there is the El Paso Desert Botanical Garden. It is a beautiful place for outdoor events. I help host a bridal shower there. The guests enjoyed walking around the garden before and after the shower. The bride was pleased with the ambiance and how much fun we had.
