We're getting married at Sugarbush in August and we're looking for an officiant/ JP.

Has anyone used-

Kathryn Blume- I like what she has to say but she seems like she might be a little over the top?

Congrats on picking August!  I love Sugarbush!  We are doing our Sunday brunch there and having everyone stay there the weekend of our wedding (next September).
We met with Katheryn Blume and as you said she was a little over the top for us.  We are going with Greg Trulson who we met with and love.

I am also getting married at Sugarbush in August 2011. I am in the process of setting up a meeting with Charlie Goodman. I haven't yet met him personally, but from speaking with him on the phone he seems very nice!
