Cake bakery/DJs in Wheeling?

Having lived there most of my life, you would think I would know a few things, but I am clueless.  Does anyone know of a reasonably priced DJ in the Wheeling area?  Also, I am looking for someone to bake the wedding cake, or at least wedding cupcakes... I was going to make them myself (this is a wedding on a very thin shoestring.)

Please help!

December 18, 2010!!! Never thought I would be a winter bride; just hoping we don't get snowed in until AFTER the wedding!

    Jessica is the girl that owns it / does the baking and she is from Wheeling and is doing my Groom's cake!  EXTREMELY REASONABLE!  (especially when I compared her to the other prices of bakeries!)
