Looking for recommendations for catering in / around the Beckley area.  Thinking finger food buffet, things like chicken strips, meatballs, potato salad, house salad. etc...

    Glade Springs has a variety of menus.  Don't forget the culinary school at the College of WV...they might be able towork out something with you.

    You could try Special Touches in Princeton or Gourmet on the Gorge in Fayetteville.
