Monday Accountability

it's Monday, AGAIN.  grrrr!!

B:  1/2 c. hot chicken sausage with scrambled eggs (egg + egg white); oat bran toast with rasp preserves; sm. navel orange.
S:  sm banana with PB
L:  BLT salad with 1 oz turkey and cheese, stir-fried asparagus (leftovers!)
S:  vanilla bean yogurt and blackberries
D:  ST kalua pork, 3/4 c. jasmine rice, stir-fried broccoli; strawberries for dessert

E:  JM yoga

    I may eat 1.5 servings of the chicken chilli, but I still will have plenty of room for a 500 calorie lunch! Trying to figure out what I can make myself...

    I had about 800 cookies on Saturday night and a few cocktails (card tournament with friends). So that isn't a great thing to do on the weekend (ok, more like 10 cookies, but still!)

    B: 1 egg + 2egg whites, 2tbsp salsa, english muffin, butter, coffee (283 cal)
    S: almonds and prunes (174 cal)
    L: Tuna/avocado salad w/swiss on sandwich thin, carrots, grapes (453 cal)
    S: Fage 0% Honey (170 cal)
    D: Chicken and veggie strifry leftovers (274 cal)
    S: Something b/c my calories are low today. I have strawberries and bananas at home. . . maybe something with that. 

    E: Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X (712 cal)

    I was pretty bad Saturday and Sunday, and my 1.5 lb weight gain confirmed it. Boo.
