I'm going to be 20 on Monday, and she is almost exactly 14 months younger than I am. She'll be 19 in December. So yes, she's younger. It wouldn't be a decision I would make, but they make each other happy and I can't help but be supportive and happy for her. 

And yes, Latin phrases are back!
