D: Subway 6" turkey, ham, spinach, olives, mustard (280), Lay's Light Chips (75)

E: None, really. I have a Devils game tonight so I don't have time to get sweaty and shower before heading to that. I will be doing a bit of walking, though, so that's something. 

Edited: The eggs that arrived for my egg salad were barely soft-boiled which is gross so I had to discard them. Replacing that with an oatmeal.

    S- chips and salsa, may be some a glass of wine

    E- about 1 1/2 hours of dancing at rehearsal tonight

    ETA: I just had a small bagel with butted in my morning meeting

    Also frustrated because it's that TOTM and I know I gained some water weight so I feel big today. Pity party of 1 over here. :(

    L: Epic Burger visit w/coworkers - Turkey burger w/egg and bacon, Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle on wheat bun (610 cal)

    D: Turkey, Kale and Black bean tacos w/sour cream (429 cal)

    E: Yoga X (burned 415 cal) I struggled so much with this today. I think because my alarm went off right in the middle of a dream.

    rdr-I just saw you had Subway for lunch, now I want subway ughhh!  Maybe I'll go tonight since I have to bring Quigs (the dog) to the vet for his Lyme booster.

    Me too!  I just caught a doctor's secretary bold-face lie to me, I hate that shlt.  I just left her a voicemail telling her in a nice way that I caught her her in a lie, she is notorious for screwing up though, I guess it's part of the job description.

    I love their tuna, but it's horrible nutrition-wise.

    I decided to get it for dinner, I just called BF and told him, he's all whiny because he hasn't had a home cooked meal in a few days lol.
