I was thinking about this this morning while I was getting ready, and then something else popped up, so I decided to start an Unpop Op thread.
1. I don't really get the obsession with Sephora. Maybe some of my girl is broken, but it just doesn't do it for me. I do kind of want the UD Naked still, but I really am content with the ELF eyeshadow pallette Peek got me for Secret Santa. There is a Sephora literally five minutes from my house... and I probably haven't been in it in over a year.
2. I also don't get the hate on Taylor Swift. Everyone talks about how she's such a hoar, and this & that... but the girl is 23 years old. Also, SHE doesn't blow up every "relationship" she's in... the MEDIA does. She has never come out and said she's in love with every guy she dates, but the media portrays it that way. I do think she's brought on some of it herself, by coming out & talking about how she writes songs about her relationships - but not EVERY song she writes is negative, either. I have seen so many articles about how this song is about so-and-so and how she hates men/other women... but she does write positive love songs as well. Why doesn't anyone ask who THOSE songs are about? I guess I just kind of feel bad for the girl because her EVERY move is scrutinized... and that can't be easy for her... or anyone who may want to date her. Not because of HER, but because of what the media is going to make of it.
