    Thanks for the complements gals! I'm really starting to get excited recently. I can't believe it's only about 7 months out now...that just doesn't seem possible!!

    Audrewuh - I forgot we we're dress twins! I love what your did with the broach/flower on the waistband. It's so purdy! I've been thinking about doing something with that bow, but haven't figured out what yet. I want to crash YOUR wedding!!!

I've AWd my shoes, but I don't have any pics of them on this computer. They're super pretty.  Now to go read everyone else's! ETA: We have our wedding bands but I don't have pics of either. Those were on the old phone.  We also booked our DJ. You can check them out  here .  They're amazeballs. I jumped up and down when FI called to say we got them. And flowers are set-ish. My florist is amazing and is working with our super super super strict budget and making something similar to this for me: And something similar to these white ones for the girls: I'm stalled out on centerpieces, but I'm waiting for a shipment from Shoes to see what I can do with some things that I have.

    Checking in! Ceremony, reception venue, caterer and photographer booked. I bought my dress, veil, belt and shoes. I am in contract with a beauty team and the save the dates went out. Caterer is also in charge of cake and the alcohol. My wedding party the fg's, bridesmaids and ring bearer have been chosen. Fashions for them haven't been chosen however fg's will most likely wear grey and violet tutu dresses.

    May 17, 2014, deposit paid for Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel Mexico. :)

    Everything else is picked out from bouquets, my dress, the BM dresses, where we are staying, ect. Though nothing is bought and paid for. We'll do all that in a year or so. Now, to just relax.

    Allusive - I am crashing your wedding! It is going to be amazing!

    Rae - I think that if your friend is someone who is important enough to you that you would consider having him in your WP then it's worth discussing it with your FI further. I understand why it would be a little weird to invite an ex but it doesn't sound like there are romantic feelings on either end so I don't see why it should be a problem.

    Did you say your ma was taking out some of the fluff? I imagine the new fabric is stiffer than the sample dress too.

    We had about 180 guests and we were still able to take some home in addition to the top tier.  Two tiers were chocolate with raspberry filling and the other two were yellow with dark chocolate ganache.  Om nom nom.

    Everyone's planning seems to be going so well!  

    I love hearing about menu planning!  My dad used to own a catering business and I would help him with smaller jobs.  
    And I like to hear about the unique details that make your wedding different than every other wedding.
