I am a Project Management Analyst for a government contracting firm. As for what I do, well that has yet to be discovered. I basically come to work and sit at my desk and wait for someone to tell me to do something, then I do it. And the process repeats.

Super Bowl (Go Raven's!) and heading to Florida to visit with my parents in March.

5. Any good recipes you'd like to share?
Crockpot Pulled Pork
A pork shoulder (or Boston butt) - any size but I usually buy a 4 pounder
1 large onion
3 gloves garlic
A great dry pork rub (can be found in spice aisle)
1-2 Tbs Liquid smoke
Water - enough to fill crockpot 3/4 of the way up
Salt and pepper
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce (orginal)

Directions:
Cut up onion and garlic into chuncks and dump in crockpot. Salt and pepper.
Take pork and liberally rub it with the dry seasoning
Put pork in pot
Fill pot with water
Add liquid smoke
Cook on high overnight (I usually put everything together around 8pm). You really can't over cook it.
When it completly falls apart when you try to pick it up it is done.
Throw away all liquid and onions
Shred pork and add back to crockpot
Mix in BBQ sauce (however much you desire)

Proceed to eat with fingers or with a fork or if you want to take the time and grab a bun good for you!

1. What do you do for a living? I work a boring 9-5 job at an independent insurance agency. Right now I am just a CSR, but after the wedding I will be working on getting my license.
2. What do you do for fun? Play with my dogs, hang out with my family, watch TONS of movies and spend HOURS aimlessly browsing Pinterest.
3. Name five of your favorite TV shows. Revenge, Nashville (I love Connie Britton), Teen Mom (I have no drama in my life, so I love watching all their drama), Pretty Little Liars & Parenthood. Weird combo huh?
4. Name something you are looking forward to. At this very moment? I am looking forward to 5 o'clock so I can leave work & go home to my FI. But long term, I am looking forward to be done with all this wedding planning.
5. Any good recipes you'd like to share? I made quesadillas the other day because my 13yr old brother came over and hes a picky eater. So, I cooked the chicken in the crockpot on low all day with some taco seasoning all over it. Shredded it & used it for the quesadillas. Easy, quick & delicious.

1)What do you do for a living? Full time medical school student. Working 60-80 hours a week, and I pay to do it. Can't wait to graduate and actually get a paycheck!

2)What do you do for fun? Read. Video games. Computer games. Cuddle with my fiance while watching tv/movies.

3)Name five of your favorite TV shows. Bones. NCIS. Psych. Stargate SG-1. Monk.

4)Name something you are looking forward to. My wedding in November!

5)Any good recipes you'd like to share? My favorite "salad". It's called strawberry pretzel salad. Delicious!

Ingredients

•
• 2 cups crushed pretzels
• 3/4 cup butter, melted
• 3 tablespoons white sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Stir together crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons white sugar; mix well and press mixture into bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes, until set; set aside to cool.
4. In a large mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and white sugar.
5. Fold in whipped topping.
6. Spread mixture onto cooled crust.
7. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
8. Stir in frozen strawberries and allow to set briefly.
9. When mixture is about the consistency of egg whites, pour and spread over cream cheese layer.
10. Refrigerate until set.
*I found this copy of the recipe online, as mine wasn't handy. I like to substitute healthier ingredients, like splenda instead of sugar, sugar free jello, fat free cream cheese, and margarine instead of butter. Equally delicious. I've also made it with gluten free pretzels (for my mom, who has Celiac's) and it was still good. Little hint to make the crust even tastier: use extra butter. Gets the crushed pretzels good and soaked, which makes the crust so delicious. Also, be careful to completely cool the crust before adding the other layers. I once added the jello layer before it was cool enough and the pretzel layer floated!

*Labor and Delivery*
You'll be fine. Prayers and happy thoughts get you through it. My contraction pain was just as bad as my monthly menstrual cramps so it was no biggie for me. If you need it; they have awesome meds.

My H grandma had 18 kids, when I was pregnant with my first; I was scared about the delivery and she said "Oh don't worry, it's nothing, it's just like farting". Umm, it's a little more than farting, I think she just forgot about child labor pain after the 7th one.

2. What do you do for fun? I play video games, watch movies, hang out with my sisters. I also love puzzles but I haven't done one on my own in such a long time. Plus, I'm pretty sure that our dog would eat it considering she ate one of our gaming controllers yesterday.

3. Name 5 of your favorite TV shows. In no particular order, Doctor Who (although I admit, I'm not a huge fan of the current season) Mad Men, Big Bang Theory, FaceOff and I just got started on Once Upon a Time. DH and I don't have cable so these are all Netflix watches or DVR'd on my parents box.

4. Name something you are looking forward to. I'm looking forward to my inlaws coming back from Hawaii so I don't have to house-sit any more. I normally wouldn't mind, but DH and I just got settled in our new place not even a week ago. So I'm a little testy to have to be living in multiple places again.

5. Any good recipe you'd like to share? I don't have the recipe, but MIL made a Gluten-Free Tres Leches cake the other day that was TO DIE FOR! Kinda wishing I would have asked her to make another one for DH and I to eat while house-sitting for her, but I kept forgetting.

One of my good friends took up baking a few years go and works at a bake shop, so if I need something beyond pops, she's my girl. She made our wedding cake for cost, which I am so grateful for. I also think its the coolest cake ever so there's that. Thanks for all the great recipes everyone! I am dying to try this loaded potato buffalo casserole now! Drool... Thanks bunni! That's really cool that you are studying to be a librarian. I have actually considered doing that myself, but I haven't convinced myself to spend more money on school at this point. We'll see.

It's perfect for me. I was very very lucky to find a placement that only required a BA degree, so I can work while doing my classes online and just have a title/salary change when I finish grad school. I've heard job openings are very few and far between, so not something to really change for unless you can't imagine doing anything else.

Yep, the lack of job openings is what worries me. We're not really willing to relocate any time soon, so I'd have to look strictly local. Maybe someday.

• 1. What do you do for a living?
I work in the commercial lending dept for a bank. Scintillating I know :P

2. What do you do for fun?
We raise chickens, play video games, and go to local trivia nights. Anything nerdy we can pick up really.

3. Name five of your favorite TV shows.
Oooh, tough question. Bones, Master Chef, Castle, King of the Nerds, Hell's Kitchen

4. Name something you are looking forward to.
I am looking forward to my H getting a better job. Poor guy has the patience of a saint to deal with his current job/boss.

5. Any good recipes you'd like to share?

For reals, try this bread: http://www.thecurvycarrot.com/2011/03/28/rosebuds-butter-topped-white-bread/

We haven't eaten store-bought bread in over a year because of that recipe. It's the best thing ever.

5. Any good recipes you'd like to share? Buffalo Chicken Sandwich... found on Pinterest. Chicken Breast, Franks Red Hot Sauce, Ranch dressing (dry), and butter in the crock pot all day... Super easy to make and so good! Also, homemade salsa that is a big hit: Rotel, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic salt. YUM!
