I'd like to get a lace-edged veil to match my dress (Priscilla of Boston, ivory, Alencon lace over english netting with some swarosvski and pearl beads), but I'm wondering what kind of price I'd be looking at for a cathedral length one.
Since PoB is closing, I could get one that the lace pattern, color, and beading matches pretty darn close for 40% off their original price (making it about $475--still yikes!), but it has some funky stuff at the comb that I'd want taken off, making the cost even higher to fix that.
I've seen some lace veils on Etsy for around $350, but as far as quality and how well it'll match, its just so hard to tell from those tiny pictures.
Most of the ones I've seen on eBay didnt' seem to cut it either, I want the lace to at least be Alencon and not some other type.
Any advice?
