Future brides, BEWARE before ordering bridesmaid dresses from Dessy. Dessy will tell you it's important to order dresses from the same dye lot--in fact my bridesmaids traveled from far and wide to order all of the dresses at the same time. Now that Dessy has run out of fabric for the last dress, they want to give me a dress cut from a different shade of fabric.
I started this process in April to hedge against any difficulties that might arise, but it's now September and weeks away from my wedding. Customer service isn't providing me the feeling that it will all work out.
