NH Venues for 400 Guests

Here's the scoop- My fiance is Indian, we are having a Hindu ceremony, and the guest list is insanely huge, so 400 might be a low ball answer.  The other part of this is that the location must allow for outside catering because we have to have Indian food (I will have my dosa station!)

Anybody have any ideas?  At this point, I am looking at the State parks.

    Parks are a good idea for a large event, but maybe one of the local hotels with a ballroom would be able to work with you on your catering needs?

    Castleton, holds 400 but you would have to go with their food.  Their prices aren't bad at all compared to the other venues we looked at.

    So I asked my hair dresser where his venue was, he had 450 at his reception with an outside caterer. It's called Holy Ghost, it's not a church though it sounds like one. It's exit 38 on 495 in Mass.

    He had pictures at the salon, his wedding was absolutely beautiful. If it helps, drop his name John Mathaos (my hairdresser).
