I've always loved dark reds like burgundy, but my wedding is in May. I've seen it paired with soft light blue, or various shades of gray and I like the look. My maid of honor explicitly told me I do not want a dark color for a summer wedding, but my fiance thinks it's fine (though he's not very fashion savy). The church we're getting married in has quite a bit of dark red, as well as decorations of that color we are welcome to use. What is your opinion?
