Hello All,
I have posted in a few diferent places on the Knot, but since this is my first time discovering the December 2012 board, I thought I would introduce myself! I am getting married in Gettysburg on December 15th, and so excited! However, I am feeling the time crunch and trying to use my summer to plan as much as possible. (I'm a teacher.) Well, I guess that is my introduction!

    Welcome! Where in Gettysburg are you getting married? I am obsessed with Gettysburg and the Civil War...the first vacation FI and I took together was to Gettysburg :)

    Well, I am getting married in Shippensburg, and the reception will be in the Gettysburg Hotel (in the town square). We are very excited! (I'm a history teacher and my love is a history buff, so it was very appropriate.) As for Facebook, I tried to friend you but the link didn't work :-(

    Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!! My fiance and I are getting married in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, FL on 12/28/12! I went to Shippensburg University, graduated in 2006 with a BS in Mathematics and now live in the DC area! Smile

    Abree, I just friended you on facebook- I'd love it if you added me to this group! 

    FutureMrsS- it seems like we're switching places! I lived in DC for 5 years (got engaged on the Lincoln Memorial steps!), but just moved to the Scranton area b/c my boy is here. Oh, and we're 12/28/12 too! we're getting married in Binghamton b/c it's close to where i grew up...i miss my D.C. life, but am settling into the PA life now:)
