Ugh, what a waste

I made the Pioneer Woman's Penne a la Betsy last Wednesday.  I forgot to halve the recipe, so there were a ton of leftovers.  They got stuffed in the fridge behind a watermelon, so I forgot about them until this morning.  It's probably way too late to eat them without fear of getting the scoots, isn't it?  I hate to let it all go to waste.

I think that's a toss up. I'd prob go for it. It's less than a week. Damn watermelons, always ruining things.

Shrimp, right? Ehhh...I wouldn't chance it.

I didn't look at the recipe but if bethie is right and it's shrimp, I'd amend my previous statement to say toss it.
