No plans for the long weekend other than to watch the UEFA championship tomorrow. H will be at work every day.

Today was a long day took Edmund to the pedi for a possible belly button infection but all is good. He is now 8lbs 11oz and growing like crazy. His dr is very pleased.

Yay, that is H's team too and we just watched the game!

They are going to the STANLEY CUP!!!!

Also, we found out today our landlord ok'ed us getting a dog.  Woot!  This weekend we'll start getting things set up, and I'm packing for my research cruise next week.

We don't have a long weekend so I don't have anything special planned. If it's nice on Sunday I might go hang out with my niece and nephews.

We are supposed to be going canoeing and camping tomorrow, I was excited because you canoe down a river and then sleep on an island/sandbar overnight and finish the trip the next day.  But the weather is looking pretty sketchy, so we might be having hot dogs at home and watching a movie.

Wis- that sounds like a lot of fun. I reallllly want to go camping, but not here. I want to go camping in Alaska. I just got back but I want to go again.

Alaska camping is gorgeous! I guess it's 80 there today which is just insane! I want to be there. On the "beach"

I've wanted to go to Alaska for years!  What parts did you visit?  Or what were your biggest highlights?
