The story says they also picked up "some pot"?  Could it have been a small drug deal gone wrong?

It wouldn't surprise me. People are beyond crazy in that area. When I was there a kid got shot in a driveby before prom because HIS BROTHER owed someone drug money.

We also had a lockdown because there was a gang waiting on the overpass (the school is right on the service drive of the highway) to kill a kid when he got out of school.

That sounds so scary.  Obviously no area is immune from crime but thankfully we don't have many murders here.  I think the past 10 years or so Fargo averages 1 or fewer murders a year.

Honestly the commercials don't look that great for it but it's got too many good people in there for it to not be funny. Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughan and Jonah Hill.
