Not to dogpile on you, YIO, but this is kind of what I don't get, and what might be irking some people. First you changed your sigs because you thought SB would think they were funny, then because your FI might see your dress, then because you "get bored easily." It's actually okay to do it because we might think they're funny. Just stick with your story. I think making up a bunch of excuses is what makes it seem like you don't even know why you're doing it, you're just trying really hard. And I think you're quite alright without all of that.

I see how it could come off like that. I basically have 7 hours a day to fill so I draw on the paint with the nifty computer pen thing we have and grab random shiit from my photobucket account to throw up. Also, searching the internet for random pictures is part of my job, so I see some interesting stuff and feel it would be fun to share.

Now I am seriously re-thinking the flower tattoo I have if it looks like a vagina squid. I only ever thought it looked kinda like a dragon.

I could be making this up. But I vaguely remember her saying that it's what she calls him (like a nickname) and she doesn't use "FI" because it's too impersonal.

I just rolled my eyes. Fine if you call him Sugar but you can't expect any of us to know what you're referring to if you just start saying that without any explanation. And yes, FI is impersonal...because none of us know him.

Oh, the squid didn't scare me off.  I wandered over to the FML thread to see what that was all about.  I can't resist a good religious debate. 

I think the OP in that thread is being more than a little silly, but after all of the drama with Jef and his parents about a Catholic vs. non-Catholic wedding, I also don't think it's just about the pretty backdrop.  Jef couldn't care less about the scenery; it actually pains him not to get married in the Church that raised him, even though he no longer agrees with his teachings.  I don't get it and we've fought about it with a vehemence I'm ashamed to admit to , but I finally have to acknowledge that there's some sort of emotional or cultural loyalty that persists long after the faith itself is gone.

Not on here, no I don't have a problem. I let my kid take my laptop to my ex-husbands house and she left it open. I had my old email set up to remember my password. He decided it would be fun to barrel through my email. I figured it was better to close the email than try to repair the damage he had done. The old account was associated with that email. He won't go searching for me, but he new about that account. He is just an assshole

I do think the troll yesterday was lame, vulgar, and totally uncalled for, the use of twat and vag was way over done. I still stick with my thinking of it's a reg, just not from here. And if they were here and got that pissed off, they need to reevaluate their life.

And I just read the thread by the atheist. Myself and DH are do not subscribe to any religion, although we were both raised Christian. We wouldn't think of asking  to have a wedding at a church where we don't practice the faith. It's inappropriate, and disrespectful. I wondered how old she was, she sounded like she was stomping her foot down and yelling we will have a Catholic ceremony whether you like it or not .

I've said all of my "grievances" in the threads this week, except one because I'm boycotting.

I GET that a lot ofp eople thought the flaming of MissCourtney was over the top.  I get that some of those people expressed their opinions rather vehemently.  But now that she's back to posting during a school day, and posting every other second, it's like not a single person cares suddenly.  90% of the people posting in her threads are people that were ripping her to shreds for posting during the school day before her wedding.  It's one of those things that I rank up there with everyone suddenly hating intro threads on the sheep-o-meter.

Playing nice.  I think all the would-be flamers that are left (like myself at least) are just completely avoiding her threads.  That's my game plan.  I see the logic behind not continuing to flame her because I'm wasting my logical reasoning, so I'll just refuse to post in her threads because I can't support her posting during the school day.  Especially when her school is essentially failing.
