We would usually go to a near by playground or the beach, but the grocery store was within walking distance and there was always a need for lollipops or some other meaningless shiit.

And yes, Walmart on acid is insane. Not really fun in any way.

In all seriousness, I think that's great and something to be very proud of.

I got everything out of my system by the time I was 23ish. Now, I hardly even drink. I guess it all just lost it's appeal for me

That's how I felt about drinking.  I never got crazy, but I'd been out and when I turned 21, it wasn't a big deal.

I also was/am squeaky clean drug-wise. I can drink like a fish though. But I'm Irish. So I think it's ok.
