If I had to go down as one of the crazies on TK, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be LOLing that it was because I condoned rape that's not really rape because the other person was sleeping but it's all cool because the other person is an SO.

haha I figured some of you would think the roles would be reversed, as it's happened a few times for us. Not that I sleep-raped him, but just that I got home later than him and "moved things" along until he woke up. I've never been met with anything but pure enjoyment on his part! In fact, I'm pretty sure he's told me he actually enjoys it and looks forward to the odd time it can happen.

I don't see a problem with sleep sex as long as both sides consent beforehand. For example, I could tell H that "I am going to bed early, but feel free to wake me up." Pretty sure he would be game too, but we would discuss beforehand.

You could wake the other person up with foreplay.  I personally would not be able to sleep through sex, but I'm not that heavy of a sleeper.

There IS such a thing as sleep sex--but the person who is doing the initiating is asleep--like sleepwalking.  So they're not consciously aware of the fact that they're trying to get busy with their partner while the partner is (presumably) still asleep.

But that does not sound AT ALL like what OPCrazyPants is talking about.

My friends husband tries to have sex with her WHILE HE is sleeping... lol. THAT is like sleepwalking but with sex.. not the awake person doing it... this is interesting though. I dont think its impossible, just frustrating btw *regarding whiskeydick*  I think I've seen worse posts on here... no need for the rudeness people. sheesh.. I get what you're saying!
