I currently work as a geriatric case manager and though I love what my job does for the elder community, I very much dislike my bosses. They are not good people, money hungry, inconsiderate and often times, very unkind. I struggle on a daily basis as to whether or not I should just find something else. My two biggest fears are that I will not find something that will come close to paying what I make here and I'm scared that every job sucks and I'll be back to square one.
Anyone else hate their job and think it's a part of life and I should suck it up? Or is there hope out there for good jobs where you don't leave every day feeling deflated?
