Trying to avoid Spring Break prices!

Hello everyone,
I'm planning a destination wedding in Saint Augustine, Florida for next spring. I'm trying to figure out when the price hikes are taking place due to Spring Break, so I can help my guests with travel costs.

Does anyone know around what date the rates for airfare and hotels go up?

    I would think the middle of March through Easter.  My spring break this year is March 11-15, and we are usually a week ahead of other schools.
