This weekend, the only wedding related thing I did was decorate my bird cage for cards.




My mom thinks I need to sew some tulle or something to the inside so the cards don't fall out through the slots.

    Really cute!

    Maybe instead of tulle you can wrap some clear fishing line at a few different intervals around the cage bars - it won't be super noticable and the cards wouldn't be able to get through then?

    I love it! I concur with the fishing line idea. Tulle could be pretty, though. I'd say do a test run with it and see what you think. If you go with the fishing line, make sure you secure it to the bars so it doesn't all slide down. (A small bit of hot glue will probably do the trick.)
