What losers!! My friends are pretty unreliable so hence my bridesmaids are my sisters only.

I am so sorry you are going through that. That really sucks. Do you know why they're being that way? Maybe there is an underlying reason?

My friends are all over my wedding. They are very excited for me. I was divorced at 25 and went through a lot of rough spots dating and otherwise since then. My bridal party is over joyed that I will be having this special day and are crazy about my awesome fiance.

Contrary to what you believe, your friends and bridal party are not your free labor. The only people who are required to plan YOUR wedding is you and your FI, no one else.

TK is a place to get ideas and whatnot but if you post this same thing on another board, be careful, you will get attacked.
