Has anyone been to this shop in Willowbend Mall? If so what is it like? More high end or middle of the road?

I saw this at Willowbend yesterday. I actually had gone to Lulu's to try on some dresses and I overheard one of the ladies there telling another girl about it. I think it's basically sample dresses and I think it varies from high-end to moderately priced. I didn't see anything on their website but I don't think it would hurt to go look.

I used to live near and visit the Willow Bend Mall often and I've never heard of this place.Is it new??
