I havent had time to write my recap!
We got married Aug 17th 2012. The night before my moh and i slept at my parents house. We had a few drinks and stayed up late talking about middleschool lol. Then I woke up around 8:30 and just hung out before showering and getting the car packed! My husband(!!) had to come pick up our son somewhere between waking up and leaving and that was a little tricky because i was out on the porch and he just walked into the house! He didn't see me and i had to hide out on the porch in the corner until he was gone lol.
Then my mom moh and i pakced up the car and started our trip. We had about a 40 min drive to the venue to drop some stuff off and that turned into a 1 drive because we took the back roads to avoid traffic to the beach and got stuck behind an amblance the whole way! After i drop off the stuff we headed to our hair appointment, which was right outside the hotel we were staying at. Hair (and makeup) took about 30mins - 1hour longer then expected. I loved my hair but after looking at pics i dont looove my makeup. I didnt like my lip color and i thought i looked a little pail. She airbrushed me, and i dont really think i loved it.
Anyway, we got back to the hotel at 4. The BM droped my son off to our room and it was fight to get him ready. I was about to let him go in shorts and a tshirt! But i finally got him in his little suit. (it was just suit pants and vest and shirt) He was scared of the photographer at 1st but by the end of the night he loved him lol. Then my mom got ready and my moh and i hung out with my son for a bit and then got my dress on. BM came and picked up my son and then we were getting ready to leave. Well, the valet was taking forever getting DH's car, so that held me and my crew up. Me and MOH were hiding out in the hotel it was like we were playing hide and dont seek from DH! So fiannly everyone left. Again we hit a little bit of traffic and we were kind of late. The officaiant was kind of pissed because she had our wedding at 6 and then she had a nother wedding at 7 that was 20 mins away! Are you kidding?! Why would you scud. them so close together? That was not my fault. And we were only about 10 mins late, what if we were really late??
Anyway, the wedding was beautiful. It was in the sand on the beach and the sun was behind some clouds and there was a nice brezze. I have no idea the temp but it wasnt to hot at all. I watched the video of the kids walking down the aisle and they did so great! They really did what they were supposed to do! They are only 1.5 (almost) and 3.5(almost). The flower girl dropped her petals in the right spots and it was perfect. lol. So while we are stanfing there saying our vows i looked down into my bouq and there was a freakin bee in it!! DH was paying attention to the bee making sure it was going to sting me lol. Once there was a little break i paused the ceremony and said "Uhm theres a bee in my bouq" and my mom flicked it out lol. So after the ceremony we went straight to the lawn for cocktails and apps. and pics. We got pics with pretty much everyone and then had dinner upstairs in the ball room. It was beautiful. After the recepetion was over (10) we went back to the hotel we stayed at and went to the bar. I almost didnt make it but everyone bombarded our room so we came down and im glad we did. We partied until like 2 or 3 am. Went to sleep (in the most comfortable bed ever) woke up, super hungover, had breakfest and hung out. We had plans to hang out on the beach but it was rainny, so we decided to just head home around 12. We stoped at dh;s cousins birthday party for a while then went home and cleaned up and got to sleep. The next morning we left for a little mini moon, which we didnt know where we were going until we were on the highway! We actually pulled off the highway to decide if we wanted to go north or south lol. We ended up in newhampshire for a few days and then went to maine and then hit the casino on the way home, and actually won some money! and then hit the outlets the next day for tax free week. Woo. And then thats it. DH was suppsed to go back to work yesterday but he ended up taking the day off. and is back at work today.
Today we are back to normal life and i am so happy to be. Its wonderful! I dont have anywhere to be or any meetins or phone calls or emails to write. IT is wonderful! Im going to feed my son lunch and go to the park and i can not wait!!

dont sweat the small stuff! It doesnt matter, theres a few opps that i noticed but i didnt care on bit, and my dress is trashed, i was playing in the sand with my son after the ceremony but who cares it doesnt matter., Just relax and enjoy! Its going to be great no matter what!
