Nutritional Challenges and workouts.
I was thinking about taking Jacqui's suggestion of cutting caffeine for this week (and the coffee freak inside me just screamed).I found this article on how caffeine is harmful.

Also - we did our wedding dress workout last weed, anyone up for some ab work this week? We have TK: The Ultimate Pre-Wedding Abs Workout on the Abs workout page I thought we could use....
