Help Me Choose Hors D'Oeuvres

So, my FI and I are given several choices for hand passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres for our reception.  We're at a loss as to what people would like best.  (Cheese, crackers, veggies, fruits, dips, meat are already included)   If you could choose three hand passed and one stationary hors d'oeuvres, what would you want to eat?

Hand Passed:  fried fantail shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, fried mozzarella, potato puffs, mini quiche, hand wrapped egg rolls, vegetable samosa, chicken wings, friend ravioli, spinach puffs with pesto, dumplings with soy sauce, scallops wrapped in bacon, franks in a blanket, & jalepeno poppers

Stationary:  swedish meatballs, italian meatballs, beef stroganoff, stuffed clams, chicken teriyaki

mmmmmmm.   I would pick mini quiche, fried ravioli, and spinach puffs with pesto.  But those are just my personal taste buds speaking.

And from the second list, chicken teriyaki.

    Great choices!

From the Hand Passed, I think that Stuffed Mushrooms, Fried Ravioli, and Scallops wrapped in Bacon would be crowd pleasers.  And from the Stationary - Chicken Teriyaki.

    Good Luck!

Hi...you want stuff easy to eat that tastes good and nothing that is too similar to the next...
I would do franks in a blanket ( everyone loves these)
scallops in bacon ( people who know good food like these)
hand wrapped egg rolls...( something kind of in between but not too messy)
           Don't do wings...too messy!!!

Second dish:  Stuffed clams if most of the people like seafood and if you want to impress...people who don't like seafood can stick to the cheese/crackers and meats and stuff....I haven't been to a wedding yet where I have liked the meatball dishes...so i would stay away from those...plus too messy!

    Just my opininos....good luck!

What are you having for dinner?  If you're having two meat options, I'd stick to vegetarian and seafood apps, like the stuffed clams, scallops in bacon, stuffed mushrooms, fried mozzarella and fried raviloi.  I just won't present any chicken apps if you're having a chicken dinner and likewise for the other meats.  You don't want to give your guests a one note meal and overload them on just chicken or just beef, etc.

If it were me...I would go for: stuffed mushrooms, fried ravioli, egg rolls or the shrimp. And for the stationary: chicken teriyaki.

Fried mozzarella, mini quiche, spinich puffs with pesto.

I don't eat meat, so I wouldn't eat any of those stationary apps anyway.
