Opinions on our menu!

Passed and stationed appetizers ((cheese/cracker/veggie/dip set up)) and passed pork sliders and possibly something else

we will be serving dinner family style, we are aloud up to 3 entree choices, but we kind of wanted to keep it to two. I feel like the table would be too overwhelming and full with all those choices.

heres what we were thinking for dinner, went to our tasting last week and LOVED the food
a salad of mixed organic greens with tomatos and bell peppers and sherry vinaigrette
butternut squash ravioli
blackened chicken with black bean salsa
chefs choice of potato/rice and vegetable
dinner rolls

We are wondering if it's weird not to include a beef/pork option. We liked the beef option that we tried, but like the above option better...would you think it was wierd to not have beef?? should we get rid of the ravioli and replace it with the beef (mediterranean beef tips with tomatos and capers). that would just mean the vegetarians would get their own plated meal, but can still help themselves to the salad, etc.
